State Vice President Mr. V.P.Jayakumar

He was born on 26.6.1951 in Paramankurichi village, Thiruchendur taluka, Thoothukudi district to Deivathiru V.V.Perumal Deiva Mrs. V.P.Rameswari. He started his community service in 1975 at the age of 24 with the then Parivar organization Jana Sangam of the RSS. Mr. Jayakumar hoisted the Jana Sanga flag at the Nellai District Jana Sanga District Conference held in Tirunelveli in 1976. Aiya Thanulinga Nadar and Rama Gopalan were arrested and lodged in Palayankottai Central Jail after the Hindu Uprising Conference was banned in Kanyakumari in 1982 after the launch of the Hindu Front. Mr. V.P. Jayakumar was also arrested and imprisoned at Palayankottai Central Jail for protesting against their arrest in Thiruchendur. It was at Palayankottai jail that V.P. Jayakumar first met Aiya Thanulinga Nadar and Rama Gopalan.

Jayakumar was predeceased by his father, Mr. V. V. Perumal was a very popular person in Nellai district during the Congress rally of that day. Ayya ​​Thanulinga Nadar, who read the news of his son's arrest in the newspapers, takes Mr. VP Jayakumar inside the jail. He speaks to the two great leaders in prison with youthful audacity and naughtiness and becomes the object of their love.

Since then, he has been declared the organizer of the Thiruchendur constituency for the first time in the Hindu Front movement. With the secession of Thoothukudi from Nellai district in 1985, he was declared the Thoothukudi District Secretary of the Hindu Front. In 1988, he was declared the Secretary of State of the Hindu Front at the Hindu Front State Executive Committee meeting held at Sivagangai. As Secretary of State for many years, he toured all over Tamil Nadu as various demonstrations and demonstrations for the Hindu Front.

He has been the State Vice President of the Hindu Front since 1998. Mr. VP Jayakumar was the one who waged a great struggle to start a Ramakrishna School in Udankudi. He was the one who saw many victories in the fierce fight against the anti-Hindu activities of terrorist acts of severe conversion in the southern districts. He has been working tirelessly for the nation in his old age and guiding the Hindu Front employees.
